I came home tonight after a days work and full on beat down of a massage to try and wrangle this frozen shoulder into submission, and after relaxing for an hour or so and reflecting on a couple of goings on this song literally fell out of my face in 5 minutes.

Truth is, bullying is one of the most debilitating experiences a person can go through in the work place. Many of us have been victims. I’ve learned that being a part of a team that supports you and gives you wings to help you fly, at least for me, is the fuel for my fire. The reverse completely shuts me down.

That all being said, this is the third time I ran thru the song and I wanted to share it … cause I can.
